How To Grow Long and Healthy Nails

One of the biggest women struggles is growing long,
healthy and strong nails. Unless you were geneticly gifted with them, of
course, in that case all I have to say is- lucky you! The worst of it all is
waiting for nails to grow a decent lenght and when they finally do they very
often break. To stop that secanrio from happening and help you grow nails you
always wanted to have I am going to share a few tips and tricks with you. And
remember, there is no need to spend large sums of money every month on nail
salons. You can do everything yourself in the comfort of your own home.

duge, zdrave i jake nokte. Osim ako vam ih genetika nije podarila, u tom
slučaju- blago vama! Najgori dio cijelog procesa je čekanje da nokti narastu, a
kada napokon dođu do neke pristojne dužine vrlo često puknu. Kako bi sprječili taj
scenarij i uspjeli u namjeri da vaši nokti narastu do željene dužineprobajte
primjeniti neke od savjeta koje ćete pronaći u ovom postu. I zapamtite, nema
potrebe svaki mjesec trošiti novac na kozmetičke salone. Sve možete napraviti
sami u udobnosti vlastitoga doma.
Never cut nails with scissors
This will only make your nails weaker and is so bad
for them. The best option for cutting/shaping nails are glass nail files.
'Normal' ones will do the job as well but since I discovered glass files they
are the only thing I've been using for my nails. The thing with glass nail
files is that once you buy them you can use them for years and years to come. Definitely
my biggest nail care discovery so far! The one I use are Mont Blanc glass nail
files and can honestly recommend them. Review is coming soon.
Avoid soaking nails in water
Now I am gonna admit this is the hardes of all tips
for me to follow since I am cleaning dishes/apartment on daily basis and it's
pretty much impossible to keep hands away from water in that case. The only
thing you can do if you are in same situation as me is using rubber glowes
while cleaning. The reason why soaking nails in water is bad for them is simply
because it makes them very weak, in fact, nails are the weakest when soaked in
water for to long.
Always wear nail polish
Even if it is just a transparent one it's going to
help nails a hole lot. Countless times when I haven't had nail polish on my
nails would break and it was no fun. Nail polish will create a nice hard layer
that will protect nails in many different ways and it also makes them look nice
which is always a good thing.
Eat lots of fruit and veggies
Taking in all the right vitamins and nutrients is as
important to grow strong and healthy nails as everything mentioned previously.
The reason why your nails might be weak might be in lacking some of those in
your body. You can also try suppliments such as fish oil (there are fish oil
capsules avalible nowdays) and vitamin B that will help out a lot!

Nikad ne režite nokte škarama
Ovo će ih samo učiniti slabima. Najbolja opcija za
skraćivanje/oblikovanje noktiju su staklene turpije. I ''obične'' će obaviti
posao kako treba no otkako sam otkrila staklene samo njih i koristim. Ono što
je kod njih super jest to da jednom kada ih kupite trajat će vam godinama. Definitivno
najveće kozmetičko otkriće na području njege noktiju do sada! Ja koristim Mont

Izbjegavajte namakanje ruku u vodi
Moram priznati da je meni najteže primjenjivati ovaj
savjet s obzirom da čisim posuđe/stan na svakodnevnoj bazi, a u tom je slučaju
gotovo nemoguće držati ruke podalje od vode. Razlog tomu je jednostavan- dugo
namakanje ruku/noktiju u vodi nokte čini mekima pa su tada i najosjetljiviji. Jedina
stvar koju možete napraviti ako ste u sličnoj situacij je korištenje gumenih
rukavica tijekom čišćenja.
Uvijek imajte nalakirane nokte
Makar i sa najobičnijim prozirnim lakom. To će jako
puno pomoći noktima. Nebrojeno puno puta kada nisam imala nalakirane nokte pucali
bi ili se počeli listati, a to i nije bilo baš zabavno. Lak će stvariti taj
čvrsti sloj na noktima koji će ih štititi od svega i svačega, a osim toga nokti
će vam izgledati i mnogo lijepše što je uvijek dobra stvar, zar ne?
Jedite puno voća i povrća
Unošenje dovoljne količine vitamina i minerala
jednako je bitno kao i svi prethodni savjeti. Razlog slabosti noktiju možda
upravo leži u nedostatku vitamina i minerala u organizmu. Osim voća i povrća
možete probati i dodatke prehrani kao što su riblje ulje (u kapsulama) i
vitamin B koji će naročito pomoći noktima.
